Its these blasted windows !
Ive got three options.
1- Keep existing windows, hope that they can fit different type seals and that they dont leak 6 months down the line.
2- Replace the windows with solid windows (no vent) and different type seals and again, hope they dont leak.
3- Remove the windows, get some meal panels welded in their place, then fillered flat and painted.
Like this .....
No chance of leaking, and dont forget where those windows are, the inside is going to be storage, so wont need the windows anyway.
It would also be a nice space for advertising.
Over to you guys, what would you do ?

I would have a metal panel put in. no chance of leaks, you don't need any light there, it may even be a benefit in hot weather. you can have a nice company logo painted on there.
